Joedy: Took me 2yrs to find a job after my degree, n.it just happened after we made my grans 70th bday cake

Joedy: Not my degree, im an aeronautical engineer

Joedy: Self thought , my.mum n.I started it

Joedy: I give classes to ppl to teach them.how to decorate cakes, cookies, macorons
Enricoh Alfonzo: Okay and the cakes, do you have set prices or do you do quote by quote ?
Joedy: Quote by quote... but I.might be getting into making a pricelist soon tho for certain cakes
Enricoh Alfonzo: Do you deliver the cakes or do they pick up?
Joedy: I do deliver at a price, but mostly collection
Enricoh Alfonzo: Where do they collect? Do you have like a shop or is it just physical residence.
Joedy: At my place, converted my lounge and dinning area into a class room.

ReplyDeleteI am always impressed by the amazing cake designs they can come up with. I just wish I loved the fondant more as a frosting because mos of thes cakes have them. I have to admit the Pennywise cake would creep out my daughter.
